The KardioArts Kickboxing System is a series of classes designed by Master Instructor Keith Griffin, a 7th degree black belt with over 28 years of martial arts experience, National Tournament Champion and Kickboxing Trainer and owner of Griffin Martial Arts America. Over 3000 square feet of workout space. Separate boxing room, free handwraps. Materials fee for CardioKarate gloves payable to instructor $59

Materials fee for CardioKarate gloves payable to instructor $59. Cost per month on our KARDIOKICKBOX CLUB for two classes per week is only $59.

ELITE (unlimited) Classses is only $99.

KardioSparWars Is $109, XKA Xtreme a brand new approach to KardioArts using weights and resistance tubes to take the already awesome kickboxing to a higher level and has a belt ranking component integrated into fitness levels.

KardioArts kickboxing program is only $129 per month and

Ultimate Body Sculpting kickbox Club is just $149 per month. This program combines the XKA and Trim Team fitness nutrition and cyber coaching or telecoaching plus a workout pattern that is designed for sustained results.

Ultimate Body Sculpting KardioArts Kickboxing Club:

This class has a balanced format throughout the year with a rotating attendance schedule.
  • 10 weeks attendance is 6 classes per week
  • 16 weeks attendance is 4 classes per week + outside activity - walking-running-yoga

Power impact Aerobic Kickboxing techniques set to high-energy music. Learn exciting partner drills with focus mitts. Burn up to 800 caloris per hour. Women's Cardio-Defense:

This is an exciting program combining Martial Arts techniques, music, safety awareness, fitness plus empowerment drills and skills. Highly effective techniques are used and they are easy to learn. You will also learn the fundamentals of Self-defense Psychology.

Jab…Jab…Cross…Kick…Focus That’s it. The Kardioarts Kickin & Punchology is different from anything you’ve ever done. You’ll not only be excited about the classes because they are fun and motivating, but you will sculpt your body, lean and strong, burn fat like never before, and even develop some basic self-defense skills. You’ll punch and kick yourself into fighting condition. Kardioarts Kickin & Punchology is different, and more fun by far than old step aerobic, Jazzercize and old health clubs stand by. It is designed to strengthen upper and lower body tone, improve flexibility, and develop aerobic conditioning.

FITNESS KICKBOXING:

This is a boxology and powerkickin class format that features easy to learn routines and combinations. If you are looking for a year round  fitness program this is it! To make sure our students never get bored with fitness kickboxing, we make sure our classes are never the same old routine. With the wide variety of punches, kicks, knees, elbows, calisthenics, and stretching exercises, you’ll never get bored doing the same routines over and over. This class utilizes all the latest equipment to keep class exciting and help you develop your skills faster.

CardioKarate blends your own hidden personal powers with the tried and true techniques of personal self-defense, karate & Kickboxing all set to today's hottest music. CardioKarate is easy to learn. There's no complicated choreography to make you feel out of step. It's a workout you'll look forward to each week.
