Griffin Martial Arts America occupies over 1500 Sq. ft. of space, located at 4101 Chicago Ave. South, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Griffin Martial Arts is an Amateur Athletic Union's (AAU) National Martial Arts Program - a national network for amateur athletes and newcomers dedicated to improving and promoting Martial Arts.
As a member, you'll have the advantage of participating in exclusive Griffin Martial Arts America and AAU programs and events, networking with fellow athletes and Martial Arts enthusiasts, improving your overall image and standards, and expanding your Martial Arts activities.
Griffin Martial Arts America participates with the following Organizations: USTU, NATF, WTF, JRA, NCKA, MASK, and NASKA.
Insurance Programs
A benefit of Membership is the athlete accident and liability insurance programs. For specific information regarding insurance coverage, please refer to current insurance brochures.
Competition
Members can participate and compete in local, state, regional, and national tournaments. Forms, Point Sparring, Weapons, and Olympic style sparring is available to beginners, intermediate, advanced, and black belt level athletes.
AAU Junior Olympic Games is the largest national multi-sport event conducted annually for youth in the United States.
National/International Certification
Griffin Martial Arts America & AAU Taekwondo program has recently begun a National Dan (Black Belt) Certification program. The program includes AAU re-certification of current ranks as well as promotional testing opportunities. In addition AAU Black Belts can obtain an International certification (KUKKIWON).
Testing is available monthly, so you can progress at your own pace.
